Our ultimate vision is anchored in the promise of God that He starts over with a PROMISE. God speaks to those who feel defeated and stuck, saying, “See, I am doing a new thing!” The vision for this ministry is not something we struggle to manufacture; it is something we must simply perceive with spiritual eyes. God asks, “Do you not perceive it?” The miracle is already happening! This small room or small start is just the initial spring, but the road and the streams are already in place.

Isaiah 43:19 (NIV): “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Proverbs 29:18 (KJV): “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Ephesians 3:20 (NIV): “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”

The Challenge of Perception The natural eye sees a small sitting room, limited attendance, or insufficient funds. The spiritual eye must perceive the promise—the road in the wilderness and the water in the desert. God’s specialty is the miracle, doing what is impossible by natural means. We must constantly shift our focus from our physical limitations to the spiritual reality that the “new thing” has already begun to spring up. Faith is the ability to see the vision before the world does. We must train our hearts to look for the invisible stream that is already flowing.

Becoming the Outpost We are called to be a Life-Giving Outpost in the middle of a spiritual wasteland. When people in our community feel dry, defeated, or like they are in a desert, they need to find the streams God is creating right here through us. This promise defines our future and our purpose: to be a visible sign of God’s miraculous provision. Embrace the vision today; it is already springing forth. Trust that your small efforts are part of a divinely orchestrated work that will bring life to many.

Spirit of God, open my eyes to perceive the new thing You are doing right now. I believe You are making a way in the wilderness and creating streams of life through this ministry.
